The topic for your letter can be about either the new Skilled Nursing Facility regulations called Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) or the new Home Health regulations called Patient Driven Grouping Model (PDGM).
Select the model that most impacts your own practice. If you work in pediatrics, select the one most interesting to you. Please state at the beginning of your letter which model you are writing about and provide a short definition of the model. Use the separate link provided for more information to understand this topic that is changing how we deliver services to our seniors.
