The purpose of this assignment is to have students gain experience within sports and start to build up their resumes. Students must set up their own volunteer experiences. This can be right here with GC Athletics or maybe a neighboring school (Frostburg State, WVU), or even a local High School. You will need approval from Nikki prior to attending the event. You must volunteer a total of 5 hours. At the completion of the event the student is expected to turn in a written report (2 pages) . The report needs to include job responsibilities, knowledge learned from the experience, and perceptions of how this experience will benefit them. This assignment is due 2/25
