4.  Paper is to be deposited by each student, via drop box/turn it in on Moodle

5. Read the rubric: All team members do first column topics and can be done together.  The last two are done by each individual student, arguing their position.  All topics must be in each paper, but the conclusions and arguments will be different for each case.
